Delete your MyFixam account

MyFixam is operated by MYFIXAM LTD (RC 9655572). You can permanently delete your account and personal data at any time using either method below.

Option 1: Delete in the app (instant)

Open the MyFixam app and sign in.
Go to the Account tab (customers) or the Profile tab (artisans).
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your account and personal data are removed immediately and you are signed out.

Option 2: Request by email

If you cannot access the app, email hello@myfixam.com from your registered email address with the subject "Delete my account". We verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

Your login and profile (name, email, phone number, profile photo)
Your saved addresses and location data
Your chat messages and uploaded photos
Your device push-notification tokens
Personal data associated with your bookings

What may be kept

We may retain limited transaction and payment records (for example, amounts and dates of completed bookings) where we are legally required to keep them for financial, tax, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes. These records are kept only for the period required by law and are not used to identify you afterwards. See our Privacy Policy for details.
